Gift wrapping and packaging

We do offer the option to add gift wrapping to your order. Our current gift wrap is a dark green kraft paper and you'll also get the ribbon tie and gift tag with every order. To add gift wrap tick the box on the cart page. Gift wrap costs an additional £3.

Returns due to incorrect address or failure to collect

You are responsible for entering the address correctly, if the wrong address is given and it is returned to me, a shipping charge will be incurred to reship the item. Same goes if the item is returned after failure to collect or rearrange delivery, a shipping charge will be incurred to reship the item. Royal Mail charge a fee for the parcel to be returned, this will also need to be paid. If the item is returned (due to failed delivery or wrong address) and you no longer wishes to receive the item, all costs for that order will be deducted and only a partial refund given.

Before getting in touch please use the tracking number to find out where you're packaging is. An item can not to official defined as lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. After this time is complete will be do our utmost to resolve the issue. Either be it a refund or sending a new item. If the item is marked as delivered, please check all possible places around your property that it could have been left. Royal Mail now leaves parcels in what they consider a 'safe place', this can also include being left in bins or recycling boxes. If you are still unable to find it please get in touch.

Please note the Buyer covers the return cost and the full shipping cost and any non reusable eliminates are deducted from the overall refund upon return of the item.

🌸We offer two type of cards, firstly the postcard style which are the following designs: 'Thinking of you', 'Just for You', 'Get Well Soon', 'Sending Love & Hugs', 'Good Luck'.

🎀 We have a selection of ribbon styles available, you can let us know which one you'd prefer to have using the personalisation box. Otherwise the ribbon will be choose at random but appropriate for the occasion.

📦Packaging
The hamper is sent in a quality kraft letterbox, with tissue paper and crunchie paper filling, then wrapped with a ribbon tie. The box will be sent in a Polymailer to keep everything clean and no invoice or receipts are included making them ideal for shipping directly to the recipient.

If you would like me to gift wrap your item, select gift wrap at the the checkout. It'll be wrapped with beautiful recycled dark green kraft paper.

We do not include invoices / receipts in the gift box so they are perfect for sending directly to the recipient.

We do offer upgrades to Tracked 24, if you require your box a little sooner.
