✦ What do I receive when I purchase a pattern?

This is a digital product. After purchase, you will receive PDF files available for instant download. No physical items will be shipped. Your download typically includes: - a full-color cross stitch chart - a black & white (symbol-only) chart - a floss list with DMC color numbers - basic stitching information (fabric count, stitch size)

✦ Are these patterns suitable for beginners?

Many of my patterns are beginner-friendly, while others are better suited for intermediate stitchers. Each listing includes information about: - stitch count - number of colors - design complexity If you’re unsure whether a pattern is right for your skill level, feel free to message me before purchasing — I’m happy to help.

✦ What floss brands do you use?

All patterns are designed using DMC floss colors. If you use another brand, you can easily convert the colors using a standard floss conversion chart.

✦ Do you include fabric recommendations?

Yes. Each pattern includes suggested fabric counts (for example, 14 ct, 16 ct, 18 ct) and finished design sizes, so you can choose what works best for your project.

✦ Can I sell the finished embroidery?

Absolutely! You are welcome to sell or gift finished stitched pieces made from my patterns. However: - the patterns themselves may not be resold, shared, copied, or redistributed - charts may not be used to create other digital products for sale All designs are for personal use and finished-item sales only.

✦ I can’t find my download. What should I do?

After purchase, your files are available in: Etsy → Your Account → Purchases & Reviews If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send you a download link by email. If you still have trouble, just send me a message — I’ll help you right away.
