How long does it take to make a prosthetic?

It depends on the prosthetic. I run the business alone and items are generally made to order - this means that if there are multiple of a certain item being ordered at one time, it may take up to four days to complete your prosthetic, however your order will always be dispatched by the latest estimated shipping date.

How long will the custom take?

Depending on design, and how busy I am, customs can take anywhere from one week up to a month. Custom enquiries may sometimes be closed. Feel free to drop me a message anyway and I will get back to you when customs are open again.

How much is a custom order?

A minimum of £15 will have to be deposited to me before I begin. This is a non-refundable cost. I will tell you the estimated cost before I begin, and this is subject to change, but usually will only be -/+ ~ £10. Custom designs may be made available on my shop after finishing. If you do not wish this to be the case it will cost another £20 on top of final fees. Please state this so I can add the cost onto the estimated final price.

If you selected standard, it is untrackable, I am not able to trace it on my end any more than you are, only tracked and express shipping provides tracking.

Why is my tracking not working?

Standard shipping is untracked. Tracked shipping is tracked. You may need to copy the tracking information from the Royal Mail website over to your local courier (such as USPS) website as they may pick up tracking from the border.

Do you supply the adhesive?

No. Unfortunately due to shipping restrictions I am unable to supply adhesives with the order however if you contact me I may be able to help you locate a store that will be able to.

What is the blender option?

The blender option is what you would like to blend the prosthetic with. I DO NOT supply this. I just need to know whether you’d rather use IPA or Acetone so that I can provide you with the correct cap plastic in the prosthetic.

Do you provide the blender?

No. The blender option is to provide you with the correct prosthetic as some are made with baldiez and some are made with super baldiez. One will blend with IPA and one with Acetone.

I haven't received my item.

In this case, you should wait 28 business days from post date. After this point I will be able to either issue a refund, or issue a replacement. There are sometimes unforeseen delays through the postal service which I am not held responsible for, as Royal Mail set the delivery dates.

You will receive three handmade encapsulated silicone prosthetics - to be blended into the skin using 99% Isopropyl Alcohol/IPA or acetone based on your selection, suitable for film, TV, cosplay, photography, etc.

Be aware that the blender is 𝗡𝗢𝗧 included.
The 'Blender' option is for what the prosthetic is made with. If you choose Isopropyl Alcohol, you will receive an isopropyl alcohol-based product, which is to be blended using isopropyl alcohol. If you choose Acetone, you will receive an acetone-based product which is to be blended using acetone.

Blender is not included in your parcel. We do not provide the blender due to shipping restrictions; it is an option based on preference, not what blender you would like providing with your prosthetic.

There are five Flesh Tone variations to choose from:

- Flocked - which is transparent but has coloured flocking mixed in to help it blend into the skin,
- Porcelain Flesh,
- Pale Flesh,
- Tan Flesh,
- Dark Flesh.
Please be aware that colours may vary very slightly from the photographs shown.

Prosthetics can be painted with alcohol activated paints such as skin illustrator (recommended) or using normal makeup, water based and grease paints, as well as fake blood.

Very sweet seller, would and plan to buy from again in the future! Haven’t tested to product out yet but I’ve taken it out of the packaging to get a look and they seem amazing quality and they seem like a perfect fit!
