Bambooza sells digital products only (instant downloads). No physical items are shipped.

2) How do I download my files?

After purchase, you can download your files from: Etsy → Your account → Purchases and reviews → Download files Etsy also sends an order confirmation email that may include a download link (depending on your settings).

3) Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Because these are digital downloads, we generally don’t offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the download/access has started. If you have any trouble with your files (wrong file, missing pages, corrupted file, or download issues), message us and we’ll help.

4) I can’t find my download — what should I do?

Common fixes: Make sure you’re logged into the same Etsy account used to buy. Try downloading from a desktop browser (sometimes easier than the app). Check whether you purchased as a guest — in that case, use the link in your receipt email. If you still can’t access it, send us a message and include your order number.

5) What software do I need?

It depends on the product. Typical requirements: - PDF files: any PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.) - Canva templates: a free Canva account (unless stated otherwise) - PNG/JPG files: any image viewer/editor If a product needs specific software, it’s listed in the product description.

6) Can I print the files?

Yes — if the product is a printable file. For best results: Use 100% / Actual Size (not “Fit to page”) unless the listing says otherwise Print a test page first For professional results, consider a print shop

7) Can you customise a design for me?

Sometimes! If you want a small change (text, size, colour, or format), message us first with: the listing link what you want changed your deadline Custom work depends on availability.

8) Can I use your files commercially?

Purchases are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or upload the files anywhere.

9) Can I share the file with friends or post it online?

No — files are for the buyer only. Please don’t share or redistribute the digital download. If someone else wants it, they should purchase their own copy.

10) What if I received the wrong file or something is missing?

Message us on Etsy and include: - your order number - which file/item is affected - what seems wrong (screenshots help) We’ll send a corrected/replacement file if needed.
