Step 1: Briefing & Order
Send us your character reference sheet, ideas, and chosen package. Once confirmed, you can place the order on Etsy.
(Note: All payments and final deliveries will strictly remain on Etsy).

Step 2: Sketch Phase (WIP 1)
We will draw a detailed sketch. You can request unlimited revisions here! Let's make sure the design is perfect.

Step 3: Base Color & Detailing (WIP 2)
Once you approve the sketch, we move to coloring. Only color tweaks are allowed at this stage. (No major design or pose changes).

Step 4: Art Cutting & Rigging
We cut the art into ready-to-rig pieces and bring your character to life with smooth physics!

Step 5: Delivery!
We will send you the ready-to-use VTube Studio folder, PSD files, and your custom background!

Refunds: Because this is a highly customized digital product, Once the Illustration Phase has been approved by you and the project has moved forward to the cutting & rigging phase, NO REFUNDS or cancellations will be accepted.
