Do you ship internationally?

I typically do not ship outside of the U.S. as all my listings are set to U.S. only shipping. However, shoot me a message if you’re interested in me shipping something outside of the U.S. and I’ll see if it’s a possibility!

Do you take custom commissions?

Do you do refunds/exchanges/cancellations?

Due to most of my products having a high value and unease towards losing items through the mail, I do not accept any refunds, returns, or cancellations. Please note that I do not mass produce any of my products, they are all one of a kind and handmade and losing it would be a huge loss for me. Before purchasing an item, please be certain you have read the description and are aware of what you’re purchasing.

What do I do if I have any additional questions about an item or your shop?

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do love throwing in some fun decorations and messages for special occasions! Please reach out to me with your idea if you’d ever like me to package your doll in a special way!

Do you take reservations?

Yes of course! If you’re ever interested in a doll but are unable to purchase it at the moment, send me a message and I can absolutely reserve it for you under your name until you’re ready to purchase it! However, serious inquiries only please.

Although all my creations are coated with varnish to prevent the paint from fading/chipping, please be gentle when cleaning or dusting your doll! Any dry dusting tool or soft dry cleaning cloth would be ideal for keeping your doll clean and dusted.

Do you have any sales/coupons?

Yes! I often have sales going on in my shop depending on the occasion. Make sure to hit the heart icon on my shop home page to favorite my shop to be notified when I do hold a sale! As for coupons, I occasionally post some over on my Instagram @buriedalivedolls, as well as you can message me here on Etsy about them and I’ll send you one just as a thanks for your interest in my shop! 🖤

“Iris” is a 12” horror art doll. She has a hand painted body and face and distress painted clothes that include her dress, bottoms, shoes, and a bonnet. Her painted face and body is coated with layers of matte varnish to prevent paint from chipping/removing, please be gentle when dusting/cleaning doll as discoloration may occur under improper care. The entire doll is porcelain with a stiff stuffed cloth body. She comes with a stand as pictured. This is not a toy, it is meant for display only. All my dolls are hand-painted and one-of-a-kind, so once sold out will not be made exactly alike again. I accept offers on all my dolls, please message me for negotiating :)
