The novel and the eponymous 1970s TV series revolve around a free-spirited young girl, Pippi (full name: Pippilotta Victualia Rolgordijna Kruizemunta Ephraimsdochter) Longstocking. She lives with her pet monkey, Mr. Nilsson, and her Knabstrupper horse, Little White, in the Villekulla Villa, much to the dismay of the town's moral vanguard, who believe that family is the foundation for healthy growth and that a child shouldn't be alone, even if they want to be. Pippi is immensely wealthy; she always pays with gold coins, and her treasure attracts a fair number of criminals, whom Pippi always manages to fend off, because she's incredibly strong. With her friends Tommy and Annika, she has all sorts of adventures.

Pippi's mother lives in heaven, and her father, Ephraim Longstocking, is a pirate captain and king of the island of Taka-Tukaland. He is also incredibly wealthy and almost as strong as his daughter.

The series, which aired on television in 1969—and later the films as well—achieved worldwide popularity. Inger Nilsson played the lead role in both the television series and the films. Paula Majoor provided the voice for the Dutch versions.

1. Aard van de producten
Warrekam.nl verkoopt hoofdzakelijk tweedehands, vintage en/of antieke artikelen, waaronder ook elektrische producten, waarvan de leeftijd kan variëren van circa 5 tot 150 jaar. Deze producten zijn gebruikt en kunnen sporen van ouderdom, slijtage en technisch verouderde eigenschappen vertonen.
Gezien de aard van deze producten geldt dat hierop geen fabrieksgarantie van toepassing is. In veel gevallen zijn de oorspronkelijke fabrikanten niet langer actief, waardoor aanspraken jegens deze partijen niet mogelijk zijn.

2. Verwachtingen en conformiteit (BW Boek 7)
Overeenkomstig artikel 7:17 BW moet een product aan de overeenkomst beantwoorden. Bij vintage en antieke artikelen wordt de conformiteit beoordeeld in het licht van de ouderdom, aard en omschrijving van het product.
De koper aanvaardt uitdrukkelijk dat:
• Het product niet gelijkgesteld kan worden aan een nieuw of modern artikel;
• Het mogelijk niet voldoet aan hedendaagse technische of veiligheidsnormen;
• Zichtbare en onzichtbare veroudering inherent is aan het product.
Afwijkingen die voortvloeien uit normale slijtage, veroudering of technische standaarden uit het verleden vormen geen non-conformiteit.

3. Veiligheid en gebruik
De veiligheidsnormen en gebruiksrichtlijnen die van toepassing zijn op vintage en antieke artikelen zijn de normen die golden ten tijde van productie of oorspronkelijke verkoop. Deze kunnen inmiddels zijn vervallen.
De koper is zich ervan bewust dat:
• Het product mogelijk niet voldoet aan huidige veiligheidsvoorschriften;
• Gebruik geschiedt op eigen verantwoordelijkheid;
• Uitsluitend sprake mag zijn van normaal en redelijk te verwachten gebruik.
Warrekam.nl is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of letsel als gevolg van oneigenlijk gebruik, ondeskundig gebruik of gebruik in strijd met waarschuwingen of redelijke veiligheidsinstructies.

4. Controle en beperkte garantie
Alle artikelen worden door Warrekam.nl voor verkoop gecontroleerd op een normale en veilige werking, rekening houdend met de aard en leeftijd van het product.
Warrekam.nl hanteert een beperkte garantie van 60 dagen na levering, uitsluitend op het functioneren zoals aangeboden en getest.
Deze garantie dekt geen:
• Slijtage;
• Ouderdomsgerelateerde gebreken;

Aanpassingen aan moderne veiligheidsnormen maken geen onderdeel uit van de overeenkomst en kunnen de authenticiteit van het product aantasten.

5. Gebruiksaanwijzingen
Originele handleidingen en documentatie zijn bij vintage artikelen vaak niet beschikbaar. Warrekam.nl is niet verplicht deze te leveren indien zij bij inkoop ontbraken.
Desgewenst kan Warrekam.nl de koper ondersteunen bij het zoeken naar beschikbare informatie via externe bronnen.

6. Retourneren en klachten
Indien de koper bij ontvangst twijfelt over de veiligheid of werking van een product, dient hij het product niet in gebruik te nemen en direct contact op te nemen met Warrekam.nl.
Retourneren is uitsluitend mogelijk:
• Na overleg met de verkoper.
• Conform de wettelijke bepalingen inzake consumentenkoop;
• Waarbij retourkosten voor rekening van de koper komen, tenzij sprake is van een aantoonbaar defect of non-conformiteit.

7. Aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is de aansprakelijkheid van Warrekam.nl beperkt tot het aankoopbedrag van het betreffende product. Warrekam.nl is niet aansprakelijk voor gevolgschade, indirecte schade of letselschade voortvloeiend uit gebruik van vintage of antieke producten.

10. Elektronica

Gebruik uitsluitend geschikte stopcontacten en zorg dat de stekker altijd bereikbaar is. Let op dat het apparaat of armatuur geschikt is voor het Locale spanningsgrid. Waarschuwingssymbolen duiden op gevaarlijke spanning binnenin het apparaat. Niet-goedgekeurde aanpassingen of reparaties zijn geheel voor risico van de gebruiker. Batterijen : Vervang batterijen uitsluitend door hetzelfde type. Batterijen mogen niet worden opgeladen (tenzij toegestaan), geopend of verbrand.Houd batterijen buiten bereik van kinderen.

11. Vintage & CE-disclaimer
Veel aangeboden artikelen zijn vintage, tweedehands of verzamelobjecten en zijn geproduceerd vóór de invoering van de huidige CE-richtlijnen.
Deze artikelen worden verkocht als verzamelobject of gebruiksartikel met historisch karakter en kunnen afwijken van hedendaagse veiligheidsnormen.
Voor deze producten geldt geen CE-markeringplicht.

12. Speelgoed & kleine onderdelen Speelgoed met kleine onderdelen is niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 36 maanden. Gebruik uitsluitend onder toezicht van een volwassene. Kleine onderdelen, magneten of batterijen kunnen verstikkings- of letsel gevaar opleveren. Beschadigingen : Eventuele beschadigingen of gebruikssporen worden duidelijk vermeld en/of afgebeeld. Door aankoop van een dergelijk artikel accepteert de koper het zichtbare risico.

13. Breekbare en scherpe artikelen : Artikelen van glas, keramiek, metaal of kunststof kunnen scherpe randen bevatten. Bij beschadigde levering: niet verder uitpakken, foto’s maken en direct contact opnemen. Ga nooit zelf repareren om letsel te voorkomen. Letsel door onzorgvuldig gebruik of het negeren van waarschuwingen valt buiten de aansprakelijkheid van de verkoper.

1. Nature of the Products
Warrekam.nl primarily sells second-hand, vintage, and/or antique items, including electrical products, whose age can vary from approximately 5 to 150 years. These products have been used and may show signs of age, wear, and wear and tear, and may have become technically obsolete.

2. Expectations and Conformity (Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code)

3. Safety and Use
The safety standards and usage guidelines applicable to vintage and antique items are the standards that applied at the time of production or original sale. These may now be obsolete.
The buyer is aware that:
• The product may not comply with current safety regulations;
• Use is at your own risk;
• Use may only be normal and reasonably foreseeable.
Warrekam.nl is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use, unskilled use, or use contrary to warnings or reasonable safety instructions.

4. Inspection and Limited Warranty
All items are inspected by Warrekam.nl for normal and safe operation before sale, taking into account the nature and age of the product.
Warrekam.nl offers a limited warranty of 60 days after delivery, exclusively for the functionality as offered and tested. This warranty does not cover:
• Wear and tear;
• Age-related defects;
• Consequences of improper or intensive use.
Modifications to modern safety standards are not part of the agreement and may affect the authenticity of the product.

5. Instructions for Use
Original manuals and documentation are often not available for vintage items. Warrekam.nl is not obligated to provide these if they were missing at the time of purchase.
If desired, Warrekam.nl can assist the buyer in finding available information through external sources.

6. Returns and Complaints
If the buyer has any doubts about the safety or functioning of a product upon receipt, they should not use it and contact Warrekam.nl immediately.
Returns are only possible:
• After consultation with the seller.
• In accordance with the statutory provisions regarding consumer purchases;
• Return costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless there is a demonstrable defect or non-conformity.

7. Liability

11. Vintage & CE Disclaimer
Many items offered are vintage, second-hand, or collectible and were produced before the introduction of current CE guidelines. These items are sold as collectibles or consumer goods with historical character and may deviate from current safety standards. These products are not subject to CE marking requirements.

12. Toys & Small Parts
Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 36 months. Use only under adult supervision. Small parts, magnets, or batteries may pose a choking hazard or cause injury.
Damage: Any damage or signs of wear are clearly stated and/or depicted. By purchasing such an item, the buyer accepts the apparent risk.

13. Fragile and Sharp Items: Items made of glass, ceramic, metal, or plastic may have sharp edges. If the item arrives damaged, do not unpack it further, take photos, and contact us immediately. To prevent injury, never attempt to repair it yourself. Injuries resulting from improper use or ignoring warnings are not the seller's liability.

14. Disposal & Recycling: Disposal of items must be done in accordance with applicable regulations in the customer's country. Disposal costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
