How to Order

1. Email your artwork
Send your digital file along with the size you require to:

2. File check
We will review your artwork and confirm that the file is suitable for printing.

3. Place your order
Once confirmed, simply select your size from the drop-down menu and complete your order.

Custom sizes are available.

Artwork Quality Guidelines

For best results we recommend files at 300 DPI or higher, however we will always work with you to achieve the best possible outcome from your supplied artwork.

Please note that low resolution, blurry or pixelated files may not produce optimal print quality. Higher quality source files will always result in better printed results.

Materials & Printing

Your artwork will be printed on museum-grade fine art paper:

• 312–315 GSM, 100% cotton rag archival paper
• Acid-free and lignin-free for long-term preservation
• Soft matte finish with a smooth refined surface
• Printed using genuine archival inks for lasting colour

Each print is produced borderless (edge-to-edge) using professional printing equipment to deliver gallery-quality results.

Shipping
You'll receive a securely packaged, unmounted print, ready for you to display in a frame of your choice.

Hartsholme Prints accepts artwork for printing in good faith and does not verify copyright ownership. We reserve the right to refuse any files that appear to infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is made to order using artwork supplied by the customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Please ensure the file and size you submit are correct before placing your order.
If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or solution.

Please avoid placing your print near open flames, heaters, or damp areas.
If you ever need to dispose of your print, please check your local recycling guidelines for printed materials.

► Care Instructions:
Handle prints with clean, dry hands to avoid smudging or creasing.
For best results, frame your print promptly using acid-free materials and, if possible, UV-protective glass.
Do not store prints in a tube long-term — unroll and flatten gently soon after delivery.
Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight or moisture, which may affect the print’s appearance over time.

► Packaging & Disposal:
We use a combination of recyclable, protective, and low-impact materials depending on print size:
A2 (42 × 59.4 cm / 16.5 × 23.4 in) and A3 (29.7 × 42 cm / 11.7 × 16.5 in): Wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard postal tube with plastic end caps. The tube can be recycled. We recommend reusing the plastic end caps or disposing of them according to your local recycling guidelines.

5x7" and 6x4" prints: Wrapped in acid-free tissue, sealed in a clear cello bag, and placed in a rigid hardback envelope.

8x10", A4 (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 in), and similar sizes: Wrapped in acid-free tissue, sealed in a recycled plastic bag with padding, and shipped in a hardback envelope.

♻ Please reuse packaging where possible. Recycle paper and cardboard components, and dispose of plastic sleeves, caps, and bags responsibly according to your local waste guidelines.
