To create your custom artwork, please choose your preferred format from the dropdown menu and browse through the listing images to view the available customisation options (hair, outfits, skin tones, pets and accessories).

Once selected, enter the relevant codes and names in the personalisation box from left to right, as you would like them to appear in the design.
If you’d like to include a custom quote, you can add this at the top of your notes.

✦ Proof & Draft Before Printing✦

A design proof is created for every order and will be sent to you via Etsy Messages as a JPG preview.
You will receive one complimentary revision for spelling corrections or small adjustments.
Once approved, we will move forward with finalising your order.

✦Order Processing Time ✦

Your draft preview will be sent within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
During busy periods, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
If approval is not received by the final dispatch date, the order will be completed using the details provided at checkout.

✦ Delivery Timeframe ✦

When placing an order, Etsy provides the most accurate delivery estimates based on our processing times and the expected delivery duration to your location. Please ensure you review these estimates carefully at checkout, especially if your order is time-sensitive.
For UK orders, prints are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 & 2nd Class post, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Upgrades to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 days) or next-day special delivery are available at checkout.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service. Delivery times vary by destination, and the most accurate estimate will always be shown by Etsy during checkout.
