What if I put in the wrong address?

Message me ASAP. My processing time is typically 7-10 business days, sometimes items are made & shipped within the same day, so if you message me before a shipping label has been purchased I may be able to update the address. If we are not able to correct the error prior to a purchased shipping label then the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label.

Custom and personalized orders

If you are looking for something customer please message me so we can discuss. Some supplies are limited so I don’t have them listed but may be able to do a custom order. There is a minimum $5.00+ fee for personalized or custom orders.

Wholesale availability

We are not currently offering wholesale at this time but please save our shop and check with us at a later date.

Leather earrings are to be stored flat or hanging to avoid them bending. Certain materials are also very delicate so it is very important to handle with care.

Cancellations or Returns

I do not except cancellations or returns. If your item breaks or is damaged within the first 30 days from purchase, please contact me ASAP and we can discuss possible options once a photo of item has been received. Items may not be considered for replacement 30 days after purchase.

What is processing time?

Processing time is how long it takes to make the item since all items are made to order. Processing time does NOT include shipping time and is based on business days, weekends are not included in the processing time. Depending on the item will depend on the processing time as some items may take longer to make so please check each listing as each one can vary. If you are needing an item made soon than the stated processing time there is a $8.00 RUSH FEE. Please message me first if needing a rush order.

What is shipping time frame?

Shipping time frames are not including in the processing time, those are both separate. Shipping times will depend on the option that you choose. First class mail is 3-5 business days after processing time. Priority is 1-3 business days after processing time.

Adult transfers are typically 11 inches wide or 11.5-12 inches long, this will vary but design.

Our Pocket size prints are typically 4.5-5.5 inches wide depending on the design.

Sleeve prints are typically 12-13 inches long.

Toddler are typically 5-6 inches wide depending on the design

Youth are typically around 8 inches wide, this can vary by design

Hat Patches are typically only 3 inches in height, width will vary by design

***DIRECTIONS FOR DTF***
-Press at 280 degrees fahrenheit
-Medium to Heavy Pressure
-Press 5-7 seconds
-Hot Peel
-Lay a poly rich Tshirt over the print and press again for 20-30 seconds.

We HIGHLY recommend the 2nd press with a poly rich material. Why? Because the polyester will pull out any moisture in the print taking away any shine and softening the print for a thinner feel. We typically use a white Tultex poly rich cotton blend for our 2nd press.

we also recommend a full size commercial heat press due to the amount of pressure needed when pressing. If there is an issue and you have used a hand held press such as a cricket press we will not refund or exchange.
