Most items are available for local pick up at our Ventura, CA studio. Send us a message or write to us in the notes at check-out if you would like this option.

We take great care to describe the size of all clothing items. We will list any marked sizes from original labels and any measurements taken. If you have questions, please contact us before purchase so we can assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage, we do not accept returns of apparel that doesn't fit.

We research each special piece in our shop and do our best to approximate the time and place it came from. Sometimes, treasure comes with a definite history, and other times, we are making an educated guess.

Each vintage item in our shop has had a life before we found it. Please expect that there will be minor signs of wear to your new treasure. We do our absolute best to carefully describe pieces and their condition, but we also feel that it is precisely their age that makes them beautiful.

Almost all of our apparel, with very few exceptions, is carefully cleaned before we sell them so your purchase comes to you fresh and ready to wear. Clothing is often hand washed or dry cleaned depending on the piece. We are happy to answer any questions about how to care for your vintage treasure -- we want each piece to have a long life after it leaves us! Due to the special nature of leather care, our leather items have often not been cleaned unless we find it absolutely necessary.

We are happy to reserve items for up to one week and ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit. We do consider requests for holds and reserves as a customer's commitment to purchase. We have just one of each of these vintage lovelies, and for that reason we can't hold items while you "think it over." Thank you for understanding and making requests with careful consideration.

We try our darndest to depict accurate color and take time to correct each and every listing photo. But please note that colors appear differently monitor to monitor. If you have questions about a certain item, please contact us ahead of purchase and we'll try to answer any and all queries.
