I embellished it with, pale blue velvet ribbon on the sleeves. with multiple rows of vintage MOP buttons! I think this is a Free People top. the tag doesn’t say free people, but has the same tag design as free people? Preloved. but seldom worn. it’s a size large, but I feel it runs slightly smaller.
