You may use the surface pattern to create digital or physical products that you will offer for sale with the following limitations:

✅ Pattern may be used in a digital product as long as the end product is different than the original design by adding text, other design elements, backgrounds, & requires time and effort to produce. eg. invitation templates, website design layouts, online advertisements.

✅ Pattern may be used to create a physical end product that you make yourself. For example, you may have the pattern printed on fabric or paper that you will use to create clothing, handbags, junk journals, etc. EXCEPT PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE YARD/METER: FABRIC/WALLPAPER (see limitations below)*

✅ Pattern may be used to create a physical POD products such as mugs, bottles, calendars, notebooks, etc. EXCEPT PRODUCTS SOLD BY THE YARD/METER: FABRIC/WALLPAPER (see limitations below)*

✅ Up to 500 end products (physical or digital) may be sold using this pattern

✅ Pattern may be used for online or print business advertising.


✖️ PROHIBITED USAGE

❌ *You may not sell fabric, wallpaper, scrapbook paper, or any product sold by the yard/meter featuring the pattern in physical form or via POD (print on demand).

❌ May not be used in a manner that is directly competitive with the original design asset/s (such as, but not limited to clip art, digital papers, etc.).

❌ You may not sell, share, redistribute the surface pattern, or claim copyright/ownership of the surface pattern design in any circumstance.


‼️‼️You may not sell fabric, wallpaper, scrapbook paper featuring the pattern as-is. without an Extended License. Selling the pattern on Spoonflower is strictly prohibited in any circumstance as it is already sold on that platform by Avalon Rose Design.
