- Once you place your order, we’ll send you a digital draft for approval. After you’re happy with it, we’ll print and dispatch your certificate.

- Paper thickness: Printed on 300gsm, high-quality paper.
- Size options: A4 (21 x 30 cm) & A3 (30 x 42 cm)
- Colours may vary slightly depending on the selected paper type and lighting conditions.

- Optional add-ons: luxury feather pens and elegant gold frames

✍️ Personalisation
- Please fill in your details carefully when ordering. You may personalise the text, wording, structure, and number of signatures on the certificate.
Example: If you would like the mahr included (e.g. 100g gold), please add this information in the personalisation box or message us after ordering.

- Kindly double-check all details (especially the Islamic date) when reviewing your draft. We are not responsible for errors such as spelling or incorrect dates entered by the customer.

📅 Note on Islamic Dates
- We use online sources to determine Islamic dates, so slight variations may occur depending on your local mosque. Dates may also change due to the lunar calendar.

👀 Draft & Preview Process

- Up to 3 free drafts included
- Additional revisions may incur a small fee
- Drafts are sent within 1–2 working days

❗ Cancellations made beyond the cancellation period are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If a draft has been created the cancellation fee will be 35% due to design time.

- UK Orders: Free standard delivery via Royal Mail
- International Orders: Tracked delivery via UPS

Delivery times depend on the postal service and selected shipping method.
