Digital CNC router files (DXF and SVG formats) and detailed PDF shop drawings for a modular, stackable plywood workshop cabinet system.

Now includes TWO material versions: 18mm (metric plywood) and 3/4" (imperial plywood). Both are included with your purchase.

There are no open vectors, and cutter bit overhang is already built into the vector cut paths (no CAM toolpaths are included).

-----Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)-----
***Do these files include toolpaths or just the vectors?
You are purchasing the vector files (DXF and SVG). You will need to generate your own toolpaths in your CAM software, but the vectors are fully closed and already include the necessary cutter bit overhangs for a 1/4" diameter bit. All features are separated into individual cut paths as well, allowing you to cut only the grooves needed for your desired storage. For example, you don't need to cut the drawer slots in the cabinet if you only plan to use the vertical dividers.

***Can I cut this on a smaller desktop CNC?
Your CNC must have a minimum cutting area of 20.5" x 18" (520mm x 457mm) to handle the largest single part.

***Which version should I use?
Use the version that matches your plywood: the 18mm version for 18mm + 12mm sheets, or the 3/4" version for 3/4" + 1/2" sheets.

***What if my plywood isn't exactly 18mm/12mm or 3/4"/1/2"?
The interlocking tabs and slots are precisely dimensioned for each version's material thickness, with a small tolerance already built-in to the design where applicable. If your material thickness varies, you will need to adjust the vector files in your preferred CAD/CAM software before cutting. I'll also be happy to adjust the files for you if needed. Just send a direct message to me.

***Will this fit my specific brand of tool organizers?
The 20-inch internal width and adjustable shelf spacing fit many standard hardware organizers. However, it does not fit every brand or model, so please verify the dimensions of your specific organizers against the provided cabinet dimensions before cutting. Custom cabinet sizes are available on request. Just send me a message.
