easy pattern to understand. such a voluminous dress. Looks exactly like the sample. Tea party dress indeed. I did 2-3yrs sizing. took a lot of fabric and gathering. it's like a kids gown with the crinoline. my baby loves it as an Alice costume/ occassion dress. But will lessen the skirt fabric to make a more daily clothing.
