Every piece in the Vault is handcrafted in our workshop using traditional methods. We focus on simple, sturdy designs that emphasize the natural quality of the materials. We primarily work with high-quality leathers and suedes to ensure your gear stands up to both display and use.

What if my item doesn't fit?

We craft items based exactly on the measurements provided. Please utilize our sizing guide or message us for help before ordering. If the error is ours (the item does not match the measurements you sent), we will fix it free of charge.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate and handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a structural defect or an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Do you offer custom sizes or engravings?

To maintain our focus on artisanal quality and timely shipping, we specialize in the "ready-to-wear" designs seen in our listings. While we do offer custom builds or personalized engravings at this time you can choose for Gift engravings and many of our items feature adjustable straps or buckles to accommodate a range of sizes.

How do I care for my leather gear?

Leather is a natural material that evolves with age. To keep your items in top condition: 1.Keep them dry and away from direct heat sources. 2.Clean with a soft, damp cloth. 3.Occasionally apply a clear leather conditioner to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking.

My item has small marks or color variations. Is it defective?

Not at all! We celebrate the "artisan feel." Because we use genuine leather and handmade processes, slight variations in texture, grain, and color are natural and ensure that your piece is a unique artifact of the Vault.

How is my order packaged?

We believe the experience begins the moment your package arrives. All items are securely packed to ensure they survive the journey from our workshop to your castle. For privacy reasons, we use discreet, standard mailing envelopes or boxes with a simplified return address.
