How will I receive my file?

Step 1. Choose your design and complete your purchase on Etsy. Step 2. Right after, Etsy will email you a link to download your PDF instruction file. Inside, you’ll find the clickable link to open your Canva template and a few short videos showing how to edit it easily. Step 3. Once you’ve finished editing, download your design from Canva to print or share digitally!

What kind of paper do you recommend for invitations?

Heavyweight matte photo paper, card stock (around 250–300 gsm), or glossy paper will give you great results. I suggest matte paper for a softer, glare-free finish — but it’s all about what you like best.

Can I send my invite by text or email instead of printing?

Yes! Just download your edited design as a JPEG or PNG file and send it via text, email, or WhatsApp — super easy!

Can I change the graphics or illustrations?

You can edit all text, fonts, and some colors, but the artwork and layout aren’t editable to keep the design’s quality and balance.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a digital product, I can’t accept returns or exchanges after the file has been downloaded. But please contact me if you have any issues — I’ll be happy to help!

Who made the graphics?

Some of my templates feature my original hand-drawn illustrations, one-of-a-kind designs to make your celebrations extra special! ❤️
