Orders are automatically sent to production after 1 hour, so cancellations or changes can only be made within that window. Please double-check your order, and message me right away if you need help!

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it? What if my order is returned?

If your shipping label hasn’t been created yet, please message me ASAP and I’ll update the address. If the order was shipped to the wrong address and gets returned, I’ll contact you when it arrives back. You’ll be able to pay for re-shipment to the correct address.
