Do physical prints come with frames?

No, all physical prints are sold UNFRAMED. The frames shown in our product images are for presentation and display purposes only. This allows you the flexibility to choose a frame that perfectly matches your unique home decor.

When will my physical print be shipped?

We process and print all physical orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow its journey.

How are physical prints packaged?

To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, we package our prints with extreme care. Depending on the size of your order, prints are shipped either in sturdy, stay-flat mailers or carefully rolled inside heavy-duty protective cardboard tubes to prevent bending or damage.

What if my physical print arrives damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, damages during transit can occasionally happen. If your physical print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement for you immediately!

Do you accept returns for physical prints?

Because our physical prints are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with the print quality or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we will make it right.

What paper do you recommend?

For the most authentic and premium result, I highly recommend printing on 285-350 gsm high-quality textured fine art paper. The texture adds depth to the artwork. Alternatively, printing on canvas fabric is also an excellent choice to replicate the look and feel of an original painting.

Can I request a custom size?

Absolutely! If you need a specific size that is not included in the download, please send me a message. I will happily resize the file for you free of charge and send it to your email within 24 hours.

Custom and personalized orders & Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded. However, if you have any issues with your order or the file quality, please contact me immediately, and I will do my best to resolve it! No. All artwork purchased from Sage Gallery Co. is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may print them for yourself or as a gift, but you cannot resell the digital files or the physical prints commercially.
