Do you accept custom orders? Yes! Most of our jewelry is made to order and personalized by hand. If you have something in mind that you don’t see in the shop, please send us a message through Etsy and we’ll be delighted to work with you on creating your perfect piece. Do you accept returns and exchanges on custom or personalized orders? Because each piece is made just for you, custom and personalized orders are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. If there’s an error on our part, or if you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us right away—we’ll do everything we can to make it right. ✨ Tip: Please be sure of your ring size before ordering. For your convenience, we offer a reusable plastic ring sizer in our shop.

Care and Cleaning of Sterling Silver

Hypoallergenic & nickel-free — safe for sensitive skin and designed to last. Sterling silver is a natural precious metal and may temporarily tarnish over time as it reacts to the air. This surface tarnish is normal and easily removed. To restore shine, gently polish with a sterling silver cloth or use a sterling silver dip cleaner. Our Tarnish-Free Promise: If you’d like help, you’re always welcome to send your KinMarked sterling silver back to us for a complimentary quick clean-up and polishing. TIP: For best storage, keep your pieces in an airtight bag or container when not in use. And the more you wear your silver, the more it keeps tarnish at bay. So wear your pieces worry free.
