Item arrived and looks great! We’re very happy with it and excited to use the name sign for our baby announcement once he arrives. As others have mentioned, the package was unfortunately lost during the initial shipment, so I had to reach out to the seller. She was very helpful, responded quickly, and assured me it would be sent out ASAP, which it was by the second shipping date she provided. Because of that, I can’t really fault the seller for the shipping issue once she was made aware of it. However, the original shipping date was also later than what was initially stated. Overall, we’re very happy with the sign. It’s adorable, and we’re excited to have it for our baby!
