Good news! Orders to the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia, and most EU countries are printed and dispatched locally, so there are no customs duties or import charges to pay on delivery. If you are unsure whether your order will be printed locally, please feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

Delivery Delay or Late Arrivals

Shipping delays can happen due to couriers or customs — unfortunately, these are out of our control We cannot issue refunds unless your parcel is officially marked as lost by the carrier. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimated, not guaranteed. Around busy periods like holidays, things can take longer. We kindly ask for your patience if your parcel is running late.

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us ASAP. Send us a message along with clear photos of: the damaged item the packaging the shipping label (with your name and address visible) This helps us assess the issue and contact the relevant shipping or print team. Once reviewed, we will offer a resolution - this may include a free replacement, refund, or another fair solution depending on the situation.

Print Quality and Colour Differences

If your item arrives with a printing error or fault, we are happy to offer a free replacement or refund - just message us with the details and include photos. Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to screen calibration differences and does not qualify as a fault or reason for return.

Cancellations are possible only if the order hasn’t been printed or shipped yet. Once the item enters production, we cannot guarantee a cancellation - even if it has not been marked as dispatched yet.

Holiday Shipping & Christmas Orders

Etsy’s estimated delivery dates do not account for December shipping delays, and this applies to all shops. We won't always send replacements for orders still in transit, as it often causes more confusion and duplicated shipments that arrive too late anyway.

All our prints are made to order, so we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your selection before ordering. We do offer refunds or replacements for: printing or quality issues rare cases if something went wrong on our side We don’t offer refunds for: delays caused by the shipping carrier items damaged in transit (although we will send a free replacement)
