Each teacup candle in the Les Tasses de Lumière Collection is lovingly hand-poured into a one-of-a-kind vintage teacup, transforming heirloom porcelain into a vessel of light. When the candle has burned down, the cup can be easily cleaned and enjoyed for years to come as a treasured keepsake. Beautiful "Tea Thyme" scent of crisp white tea with a whisper of thyme.

#1- First introduced in the 1930s, this "Silver Birch" by Royal Albert pattern was inspired by a scenic mountain forest landscape in Canada. The central design depicts serene birch trees and colorful flowers on the banks of a lake, framed by a distinctive blue-grey birch bark pattern on the border and finished with gold trim. It was manufactured in England and remained in production for decades before being discontinued in December 2001.

#2- The "Gracious" pattern is known for its classic, understated elegance. It features a white porcelain base with a swirled edge and scalloped rim.
The decoration consists of delicate gray flowers and blue scrolls (often described as blue flowers on a gray vine) forming a scrolling band around the pieces. The edges are finished with a silver or platinum trim.
While the back stamp says "1990," this pattern was originally produced and popular during the 1970s and 1980s. It has been discontinued.

After the Candle: When the wax is finished, simply soak the outside of the cup in hot (not boiling) water for two minutes. The soy wax will loosen and lift away. Hand wash with gentle dish soap and warm water to remove any remaining wax and fragrance oils. Now you may enjoy the teacup again for tea, trinkets, or display.
