These sandals were GIGANTIC. At least three inches longer than any womens shoes. The soles are cheap plastic with absolutely no grip. JUNK JUNK JUNK. I also was charged $75 in shipping and tarrifs which was not disclosed at purchase.

We’re truly sorry to hear about this experience. We take sizing and quality very seriously, and each pair is made following standard measurements. To better understand the concern, we contacted the customer and kindly requested photos of the sandals next to a measuring tape, as well as proof of the mentioned charges. We also offered a return and refund solution. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response after several days. Regarding the $75 mentioned, these are not charges applied by our shop, and we requested clarification to investigate further. We remain fully committed to assisting our customers and resolving any issue in a fair and transparent manner.
