Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We only accept returns for damaged/misprinted/defective items only. You must submit a claim to me within 7 days after the product has been received. What happens if the garment is too small or too big for you? Read the "What Size Should I Order" section.

What size should I order?

Check each individual product for sizes. If you're looking for an oversized fit, choose a size 1 or 2 sizes up. Please keep in mind that since garments are made to order, I cannot accept exchange/refund for wrong sizes ordered. BUT, I will provide options for you so message me in the event that this happens.

Can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided when your order has shipped. Please send me a message if you have any additional questions on your order status!

Custom and personalized orders

YES! If there is a design that you want on a different type of garment (hoodie, t-shirt, longsleeve, etc), message me first and I'll make a custom listing for you!

Each product has it's own care instructions if the description area. Read carefully before performing any type of care on the product!

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed M-F. It will usually take about 1-2 business days to process and start production. After that, the item will ship the following business day, and you'll receive a status update with the tracking information. US shipping will take approximately 4-6 business days. International orders may take up to 10 business days. We'll keep you updated every step of the way, right up to when your item is out for delivery!I'll message you every step of the way to make sure you're in the know!
