I contacted you privately explaining that there may some markings from the laser cutting the mylar it was not used. I also offered a replacement to which you didn't reply. Then two days later the stencil is broke. You then provided a photo of the stencil- no marking, no paint and it didn't look broken. Again, I offered a replacement and again you didn't reply. Today I provided a tracking number and let you know it was going out in today's mail. You replied- I didn't ask for a replacement. I let you know I do not refund (which is what you wanted when you said it was broke). I asked if I should mail- again no response. I'm sending out because I keep my word. I've never had a situation with a customer like this before.
