Our network of specialized printing partners guarantees high-quality products, with each partner excelling in specific garment types. Your order may be fulfilled by multiple partners, leading to separate shipments. We apologize for any confusion. In some cases, orders may be rerouted to a local partner to speed up delivery, reduce shipping costs, and avoid customs delays & fees

What if my item arrives damaged or has a defect?

If your item arrives with any damage or defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’re happy to help within this timeframe, but unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements or refunds for issues reported after 14 days.
