What's the turnaround time to receive our cards?

Great question! Once we receive all of your images/stats we will have your order created within 3 business days. From there, we ship from Arizona via USPS Ground Advantage, which is 2-5 business day delivery.

How do I get my images/stats over to you?

Please send your photos to us via Etsy Messenger. **STANDARD SETS** You can send up to 2 different images (the higher the resolution, the better). Please specify which image is for the front of the card, and which is for the back.** **TEAM SETS** Please submit images and stats for each player separately (one at a time) in Etsy messenger. This helps us match each submission to the correct player and ensures every card is created accurately. 😊

Can you edit my photo?

Basic photo cleanup and placement are included. However, advanced image editing may require an additional fee. This can include background removal from difficult images, combining multiple photos, fixing low-quality images, removing people or objects, heavy retouching, etc...

Can you create a custom template or design?

Yes! We can often create a custom card style, theme, color scheme, or layout. Custom template creation may require an additional design fee depending on the complexity of the request. Please message us before ordering if you need a fully custom design.

Will I receive a proof before printing?

Proofs are available upon request. If you would like to review and approve your card design before it is printed, please let us know when placing your order. If no proof is requested, your order may move directly into production using the information and images provided.

Can I order cards for an entire team?

Yes! Just look for our Team Set listings...we have them for multiple sports!

Do you offer digital downloads?

Yes, digital download add-ons are available. This gives you a high-resolution digital image of your custom card that can be shared online, printed, used in announcements, or saved as a keepsake.

Can I use a professional photographer’s photo?

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use any photo(s) you submit. By sending us an image, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use it for your custom card order.
