SABY3D currently ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, a small group of other European countries and the United States. SABY3D complies with the requirements of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG).

Shipping costs depend on the country you're buying from. For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs €4.95. For Belgium and Germany, the shipping rate is €7.95. Free shipping may be available on selected products. Please check the product page for the latest shipping information.

Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. For Belgium and Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. Please note that actual delivery times depend on the carrier. Delays may occur, especially during busy periods.

I take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you unfortunately receive a damaged item, please contact me within 48 hours and include clear photos of the damage. Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.
