At Lion Eye Farm, blackberries are one of the first fruits we recommend to anyone building a productive yard. Our Osage plants produce heavily and are easy to manage without the thorns older varieties are known for. During harvest season we’re picking berries almost every morning — most get eaten fresh, but plenty end up as jam or frozen for later in the year.
