This kit expands on the classic Ubese look with a larger, more modular sculpt and interchangeable components that allow builders to customize their helmet.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – HIGH DEMAND ITEM - LONGER WAIT TIME
This helmet kit is currently one of my most popular builds, and because each kit is individually cast and prepared, the wait time for this item is longer than my other products.

Please expect an extended lead time compared to other listings as I catch up with orders.
Each helmet is hand cast, cleaned, and prepared to order.


WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Each kit includes 25 resin cast parts.
• Full Ubese helmet shell (rotocast)
• Modular removable snout section
• Upper and lower visor sections (separate pieces)
• Classic Boushh mouth apparatus components
• Full Ghosabi mouth breather apparatus
• All helmet greeblies and detail components
• 4 interchangeable triangle crest designs
• All accessories required for the included configurations
Most greeblies are based on the original Boushh found parts, but they have been newly modeled and resized to fit this updated sculpt.


MODULAR DESIGN
This helmet is designed to be fully modular.
The front snout section is removable and attaches with a few screws.
Three additional snout designs are currently in development and will be available separately. Each one will completely change the look of the helmet while fitting the same base shell.
This allows builders to create multiple Ubese variants using one helmet.


SIZE & FIT
This sculpt is larger than the original Boushh helmet.
Size is comparable to a standard Mandalorian bucket similar to helmets seen in The Mandalorian.
• Interior has generous space
• Slight flex at the base allows room for larger heads
• Designed with costuming comfort in mind

CASTING QUALITY
Each helmet shell is machine rotocast, resulting in:
• Smooth interior walls
• Even material thickness
• Minimal flash cleanup

Most visor openings can be trimmed using a sharp hobby blade, without the need for heavy rotary tools.
Some small air bubbles may occasionally appear from the molding process and require minor cleanup, which is standard with hand-cast prop kits.

Several expansion pieces are already in development:

• Ubese shoulder armor
