Why haven’t I received the download link?

Downloading is not available through the Etsy mobile app. To access your digital items, use your computer browser. Here are three methods to download your files: First Method: Check your spam, junk, inbox, social, and promotions tabs in your email. The email is sent from transaction@etsy.com. Second Method: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Click on Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to your order, click Download Files. This will take you to the Downloads page for all files attached to your order. Third Method: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go back to the item’s listing page. 3. You should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

How do I open the ZIP files?

On Windows: 1. Right-click the ZIP file to open the context menu. 2. Select Extract All…. 3. Choose the location where you want the files extracted. 4. Click Extract to complete the process. On iOS: 1. Tap the ZIP file, and it will automatically create a new folder containing the extracted files. 2. Tap on the new folder to access the files.
