Custom House Model from Photo, 3D Printed House Replica, Personalized Family Home, Christmas or Retirement Gift for Parents

Seller's description
A CUSTOM HOUSE MODEL OF YOUR HOME, DESIGNED FROM YOUR PHOTOS.
Ordering for Christmas? Order by November 18 for delivery before Christmas (Canada and US).
The first home you bought. The porch where everyone gathered. The house your children grew up in. We design a miniature of that house from your photos, 3D print it and paint it by hand: a keepsake you can hold, display and pass down.
A custom architectural model from a design studio typically costs over USD 1,000. We use 3D design and printing to bring that kind of model within reach of families. A detailed custom model of your own home starts at CA$399 (about USD 280), with the digital design and the finished model included. A painted Front Facade of your home is CA$355 (about USD 250).
HAVE A QUESTION? MESSAGE US FIRST
Every home is different, and you don't have to decide alone. Send us a photo through Etsy Messages before you order. We'll recommend a size, detail level and extras, tell you what's possible, and talk through any detail you'd like to get right. Every message is answered by Joe, the owner.
MOST CHOSEN: MEDIUM ARCHITECTURAL
About 8 inches on the longest side, with the roof shingles, siding or stone that make it look like your house. Add landscaping and a personalized plaque for a complete, gift-ready keepsake.
HOUSE-MODEL PRICES (CA$, approximate USD in brackets)
Heritage: Small CA$399 (about USD 280) / Medium CA$500 (about USD 350) / Large CA$600 (about USD 420)
Architectural: Small CA$550 (about USD 385) / Medium CA$650 (about USD 455) / Large CA$750 (about USD 525)
Front Facade: CA$355 (about USD 250)
Every price includes the digital design and the finished model. Extras are additional. Etsy shows the approximate amount in your currency.
CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
Small: about 6 inches on the longest side
Medium: about 8 inches. Our most popular size, with real presence on a shelf or desk.
Large: about 10 inches
Sizes refer to the house itself; every home has its own proportions. Landscaping and display bases add to the overall footprint.
CHOOSE YOUR DETAIL LEVEL
Heritage: your home's shape, roof line, windows and doors, painted in your home's colors, with simple surfaces.
Architectural: everything in Heritage, plus up to three agreed detailed surface textures, such as roof shingles, siding, brick, stone or wood. Textures use printable relief and hand-painted color, not full-size material realism. Very small details may be simplified or thickened for a clean, durable result. Architectural is faithful to your photos, not a survey-accurate architectural model built from engineering drawings. Tell us which details matter most, and send any plans or drawings before design starts.
Front Facade (choose Small): the front of your home only, painted in your home's colors, with the front steps or porch and a tree or shrub, standing on a small base. Ideal for row houses, townhouses and city homes, or when the front is the part everyone remembers. One round of changes after your design preview is included.
A GIFT AT A FRIENDLIER PRICE: FRONT FACADE
The front of a home holds most of the memories: the door, the steps, the tree out front. A Front Facade captures exactly that, in color, for CA$355 (about USD 250). If you'd like the whole house later, message us and we'll make a full Heritage or Architectural model of the same home.
COMPLETE THE KEEPSAKE: OPTIONAL EXTRAS (starting prices)
• Landscaping: lawn, trees and shrubs that set your home in its yard. From CA$80 (about USD 55)
• Display base + personalized plaque: your family name, address or a special date. From CA$100 (about USD 70)
• Window hollowing: open window recesses that catch real light and reflection. From CA$100 (about USD 70)
• Full-structure hollowing for O-scale projects: room inside for your own light source. From CA$300 (about USD 210)
Choose extras in the options when you order, or add landscaping or a base after you see your design preview, before production starts.
Outbuildings, sheds, detached garages, in-ground pools, hot tubs, extended yards and other separate structures are not part of the standard house price. Message us and we'll quote them. Photos of past work may show optional extras.
WHAT THE GALLERY SHOWS
The gallery combines completed-project references with photo-based styled compositions and illustrated guides. Styled cards are not untouched completed-project photographs or your own design proof. Base presentation has been digitally updated on some cards; current optional display bases are plain 3D-printed, not wooden. Bases, plaques and landscaping pictured are optional extras unless expressly included in your selected option.
The Heritage and Architectural comparison shows different projects, not a scale comparison. Grey digital previews show shape and details, not final paint; your actual project-specific proof is prepared after ordering.
Standard shipping is free. Etsy calculates and collects any applicable tax at checkout.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your size and detail level.
2. Upload up to 10 photos of the house in the order form, or send them through Etsy Messages. Front, side and rear views help most.
3. Add any extras. Leave an option blank if you don't want it.
4. Tell us what matters most: the porch, a bay window, the color of the front door.
YOU SEE IT BEFORE ANYTHING IS MADE
1. We agree your photos, key features, size, detail level and extras before design starts.
2. Your first digital design is ready in about 3–5 business days, and you approve the preview.
3. One correction round is included to fix anything that doesn't match what we agreed. Changes after design starts (such as adding a pool, a detached garage, an extra room or a layout change) are quoted separately.
4. After you approve the design, production takes about 5–7 business days.
5. You see the finished model before it ships.
Most orders are ready to ship 1–2 weeks after we have your photos and details, plus the time you take to review. Shipping time depends on your location. Have a date in mind? Message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it's realistic.
MADE FOR YOUR HOME ALONE
Each model is a custom piece made to order. That's why you approve the design before anything is produced, and see the finished model before it ships. Once you approve your design, the full order is non-refundable.
WHEN IT ARRIVES
Please check your model when it arrives. If anything was damaged in transit, message us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
A GIFT THAT STAYS
A model of the family home makes a lasting first-home, housewarming, anniversary or retirement gift. Add a personalized plaque, tell us your date, and we'll help you plan the timing. Ordering for Christmas? Our order-by date for Canada and the US is November 18.
LARGER OR SPECIAL PROJECTS
Need a bigger model (up to 24 inches), a commercial building, a school or a whole property? Message us with photos and we'll quote it.
