Livestock Record Notion Template: Farm Animal Health & Inventory Tracker

"Keep each animal's identity, tag number and health status together, with feed supplies and farm tasks alongside your livestock records. This ready-made Notion template gives small farms and homesteads one place to organize information that would otherwise sit in separate notebooks, lists and spreadsheets.

Use it for cattle, goats, sheep or poultry. Start with your animal records, then use the included inventory, task and farm planning sections as you need them.

NEW TO NOTION? YOUR WORKSPACE IS ALREADY PREPARED.

Follow the quick setup guide to copy the template into your own Notion workspace. A first-time setup checklist and database-by-database instructions help you work through the prepared sections and adapt them to your farm.

Add your first animal with its species, breed, tag number or ID, birth date, health status and notes. You are filling in a prepared system, not building a dashboard from a blank page.

A Notion account is required. No coding or separate website setup is needed.

BEFORE YOU BUY

This is a digital Notion template, not an Excel or Google Sheets file, a standalone web application or a physical planner. No physical item will be shipped.

A free Notion account may be enough for basic use, depending on your workspace and usage. Notion's own plans and limits apply; a paid Notion subscription is not included.
