How do I download my purchased digital print?

Upon purchasing a digital file, you will immediately receive a download link through email and within your Etsy account. If you have an Etsy account, simply click on the 'View your files' link to access the Downloads page where you can download all the files related to your order. Additionally, you will receive a download notification email from Etsy that contains a download link to access the files. Please keep in mind that digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, so you will need to sign in to Etsy on a non-mobile computer or your mobile browser to download them.

Can I access my digital purchases from within my Etsy account?

To access your digital file(s), navigate to the "Purchases and Reviews" section under "You" and locate the corresponding order. Once you find it, click on the "Download Files" button located to the right of the order. This will take you to a Downloads page where you can access all the files that are attached to your order.

When will I receive my digital print notification email?

As soon as your payment is processed, an email notification with the download link will be sent immediately. If you don't see it in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk folder. For Gmail users, please ensure to check your Social and Promotions tabs too. If you still can't find it, consider adding "transaction (at) etsy.com" to your safe list or address book. Additionally, you can always access your files within your Etsy account at any time. Please refer to the previous question and answer for more information.

Do you give refunds on instant downloads?

As instant downloads are sent immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds. We recommend carefully reading the item details before making a purchase to ensure a clear understanding of what will be received.
