**** RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY ****

As this product is printed on demand especially for you, we have tailored our returns and exchanges policy to ensure the best possible experience for our valued customers.

Returns:

1/ Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a print quality issue, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will ask for photos of the issue so we can assess the problem and ensure it doesn’t happen in the future. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference.

2/ Other Returns: As our products are customized and printed on demand for each customer, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or print quality issues.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to one of these reasons, please contact us within the 14-day window. Note that exchanges for different designs or products are not allowed due to the on-demand nature of our products.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
