Do you accept cancellations/returns/exchanges?

All sales are final. I have a no cancellation/exchange/refund policy. I do allow mocc style changes but changes must be made asap. Add-ons can be added during the processing timeframe. Please contact me if you have issues with your order.

Do you offer moccasin re-works?

Moccasin re-works are only available on a case-by-case basis for a fee within one week of receiving moccs. Re-works not a guarantee. I do not re-work moccs that are dirty or worn outdoors. I am also not responsible for wear and tear.

I don't recommend getting your moccasins saturated; they are not waterproof. A little splash is fine but wipe as soon as possible if they get wet. A simple baby wipe is also good for getting dirt off.

What sort of leather do you use for the moccasins?

I use high quality cow leather exclusively sourced from the USA, Mexico, Italy, Brazil, and Argentina. Leather colors and textures vary from hide to hide.

Can your moccasins be worn outdoors?

All my moccs are soft soled leather but can be worn outdoors as they are. For regular outdoor usage, I recommend adding the double outer sole option to extend the wear of your moccs. Wear depends on the wearer. I am not responsible for wear and tear.

What is your processing timeframe?

3 - 5 weeks, but with my current workload processing is most likely taking 5 weeks. Please be patient with processing times and allow for the full 5 weeks before reaching out about the status of your order. You estimated ship time is in your Etsy purchases and will be notified with tracking once your order ships. All orders include signature delivery effective 7/14/26.

Can you rush my moccasin order?

Yes! Rush orders are available on a case-by-case basis and not a guarantee. Please reach out prior to ordering to make sure I can accommodate your timeframe.

How are my moccs supposed to fit?

All my moccs are supposed to hug your feet and will relax with wear. Some of the sturdier leathers will have a longer break in period. Unless otherwise stated, most leathers are supple and unstructured. They are designed to move naturally with your feet. They do not contain stiffeners, rigid heel counters, or built-in arch support. Expect a supple, flexible fit that molds to your feet over time. They are intentionally flexible and are not designed to hold a rigid shape and will naturally conform to the contours of your feet with wear.

*made to order* handmade shortie moccasins. soft handcut leather. handcut wrap around laces. handsewn using waxed thread made in usa from maine thread company. designed to be worn with or without socks. all moccasins will fit like gloves fit hands, initially. the leather is soft and pliable and will loosen the more they are worn and form to your individual foot. keep in mind, when you send your measurements, that the leather will relax with wear. zero drop.

black leather *actual colors might slightly vary depending on computer screen. leather color and textures vary from hide to hide. i do my best to ensure that photos are as true to color as possible. due to photographic lighting sources, inconsistencies of various monitors settings, i cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. every individual may see these colors differently.

insoles come standard with each pair of moccasins. insoles are made using thick leather (approx 1/8" thick), anti-microbial pvc matting, and a thinner leather for comfort, flexibility, and durability.

all moccs are handmade by me, no machines, and no two items are alike and have their own unique qualities. these are mostly made using natural materials, so expect some variances.
