ALLHONE 10 degree Angle Guide Speed Twin Diamond Sharpener 20mm NZ PATENT is designed with 2 opposing 10 degree angle flat surfaces adjacent to the stones to match our Skoner and Pioneer blades, will create 14 dregree edges per side or 28 degree full angle same as from factory and will also suit other blades with 3mm+ spine thickness. For 2mm thick blade spines such as Victorinox, Victory, Swibo etc just slightly raise the spine to suit your prefered angle on the angled 10 degree handle surface as this is still more accurate than guessing with no reference.

ALLHONE Guide SPEED SHARPENER NZ Patent 20mm has replaceable diamond stones approx. 75mm x 20mm adhered to the handle body by a special tape that will not detach after washing, contact with water or heat from sun. The stones can be levered off by placing the knife edge between a convex bevel provided at the end of the sharpener with an adjacent ledge used as the fulcrum.

So when one stone wears out you don't need to throw away the whole tool. Replacement stones are sold separately.

Simply lay a flat side of the blade onto to the flat handle surface adjacent to the coarse diamond stone to set the angle for sharpening the blade edge and move the blade edge on the coarse stone's surface in a rotational motion and relay the blade onto the angled flat handle surface every so often to re-align the degree and repeat motion both sides until the edge is created.
