Do you accept exchanges if the shoes don’t fit properly

Yes, if your handmade leather shoes don’t fit the way you’d hoped, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Buyers cover the return shipping costs, but once we receive the original item back in good condition, we’ll send out the new size free of charge. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for custom or personalized leather footwear.

What is your return/refund policy

We want you to love your premium leather shoes. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping fees and any customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Once the item is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus any customs or import charges paid on our end.

What are the return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused and in original condition. If items are returned damaged or visibly worn, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from your refund.

How long does it take to ship an order

As most of our Turkish barefoot shoes and custom leather styles are made to order, we typically need 1 – 5 business days to prepare your pair for shipment.

Custom and personalized orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Custom and personalized orders

If a shipment is returned to us because customs procedures were not followed by the buyer, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund. Please make sure to complete all necessary customs steps on your end.

Personalized or custom leather shoes

Absolutely. We accept personalized and custom orders for those looking for a unique, handcrafted fit. Feel free to reach out with your ideas, we’re happy to make something special just for you.

Do you offer wholesale options

Yes! If you're interested in stocking our genuine handmade leather shoes or barefoot shoes, please send us a message. We’d love to discuss wholesale opportunities.
