FOR EU BUYERS:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered together.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Ann-Sophie Bathke
Landsberger Allee 92
10249 Berlin
GERMANY
Phone: +49 1741983290
Email: femmeworks@posteo.de

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The method of notification is at your discretion; however, we offer the use of the withdrawal form attached as a PDF with your order confirmation.

You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or any other clear declaration electronically on our website www.foxline.eu. If you use this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g., via email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Please note the return address:
Ann-Sophie Bathke, Landsberger Allee 92, 10249 Berlin, GERMANY.

You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post as well as the direct costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;

for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
