Can personalized items be returned? No, unless I do spelling wrong from the customers conversation.

Can I get my money returned if the item arrives later than I expected? Not unless I sent it out later than it said on the time of estimated shipped. Once it's mailed it's out of my hands.

What if my package is delayed or lost in transit or stolen?

PAGESBYNAT is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount. Sorry.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment so please double check your address listed with Etsy.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation?

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further assistance.

What if I don't respond to my photo proof?

If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, (with custom orders I like to send a proof) we will wait for 1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can't hold orders beyond a certain date.

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?

Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date. We have had cases where a shipment is significantly delayed and shows as unscanned even if it was shipped. You will definitely get your shipment, but we are in no position to guarantee the timeline. We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach on time. If your order did not reach on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

Will colors match exactly as pictured in listing?

Everyone's computers/phone are different so colors may be off slightly from how you see it. If you want to know color more please ask to provide more photos or close ups.

Great for soap dispensers near the sink in kitchen or bathroom. Also works to give your seasonal displays a little lift which is pleasing to the eye.

I hand make each wood riser myself here in Massachusetts. The top has a coat of polyacrylic on it in case the top gets wet.

Each piece is a little different depending on the cut of wood. That makes them each unique.

Choose the color you like. The long wood riser measures 8,10, 12, 15 or 18 inch long.
