The stools are solid and beautiful so far. Projected delivery date was about six to eight weeks after my order which was fine. Once the delivery date window was missed, I complained. The seller only shipped after that and responded with no explanation or reasonable apology. No previous communication that it was delayed. Nice item, not my favorite merchant.

Hi Ralph, I do have to comment regarding the dispatch. You were contacted the next morning after messaging us asking for a refund with a screenshot to your dispatch date (which happened to be that same day, August 21st). As per this, your order was dispatched on August 21st and delivered on August 25th. It's a shame to see a blantant lie written above, as this was responded to - to which you replied - and there was no delay at all to the order. We had a longer lead time due to steel work but you were made aware of the dispatch date by Etsy when placing the order. We did not 'only ship' after your message, we shipped on our given dispatch date as per the screenshot we sent you with this highlighted at the top! Please do let me know if you want a picture of the message I sent previously! :) Would be happy to provide!!
