Hi love our shop was paused due to a medical issue. All orders were canceled and refunded during that time. So very sorry for any issues!

Ordered the sign with plenty of time in advance of my daughter’s birthday, it didn’t arrive when the seller said it was going to so I reached out to the seller to see when it would arrive. They never responded and now it’s too late to order a sign from anyone. Bummed. Do not recommend!
