✔️Washing (larger sizes): Because natural wool can become heavy when wet, we recommend professional cleaning or careful hand washing. Only small sizes should be machine-washed to avoid damaging the rug or your machine.

✔️Drying: Air dry on a warm day, keeping it away from excessive moisture. Gently shake it out after drying to restore its softness.

✔️Vacuuming: Use a suction-only attachment. Avoid rotating/turbo brushes to protect the wool fibers.

✔️Fresh Stains: Blot (don’t rub!) with a clean cloth. Use lukewarm water and mild wool soap if needed.

🔹14-Day Returns: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt (item must be in original condition).
