If you create a product using graphics from multiple collections, each distributed unit counts toward the allowance of every collection used.

For fabrics, wallpaper, and other printed materials sold by length, the following limits apply per collection:

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞: Up to 5,000 linear meters.

These limits apply to the total length of printed material produced or distributed, regardless of the number of orders.
For materials sold in yards, quantities are converted into meters (1 yard = 0.9144 meters).
These limits are part of your existing commercial use allowance, not an additional allowance.

Finished physical products, such as clothing, bags, cushions, curtains, and other completed items, are counted individually under the regular end-product allowance.

𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐃 — 𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄 & 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐄𝐓𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐒
You may not use my graphics to create, sell, license, or distribute seamless patterns, fabric pattern designs, digital papers, or other reusable surface pattern files.
This restriction applies even if the original graphics have been modified, recolored, rearranged, or combined with additional design elements.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: You may sell finished physical fabrics, wallpaper, and other printed materials featuring my artwork within your license limits. However, you may not sell, license, or publicly offer the underlying pattern designs through Spoonflower or similar pattern marketplaces.

𝟐. 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄

Your Standard Commercial License includes up to 𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

This limit applies to the total number of finished products sold or distributed, not the number of different designs you create.

For example, you could sell:

- 1,500 greeting cards
- 1,500 T-shirts
- 1,000 digital invitations
- 1,000 printable planners

𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥: 𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 — 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞.

Each physical item counts as one unit. Each digital product copy sold, downloaded, or otherwise distributed counts as one unit. Free distributions also count toward the allowance.

The original graphics may not be resold, shared, redistributed, sublicensed, or offered as standalone digital files.

This restriction applies whether the graphics are provided individually, in collections, or as part of another graphics resource.

The license is granted to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

Each distinct collection has its own commercial use allowance, including separate collections purchased together in a bundle.

Purchasing the same collection multiple times does not increase its commercial use allowance.

The license has no expiration date.

The license does not grant exclusive rights to the artwork.

Commercial use rights apply only to finished products that comply with all the terms of this policy.

An Extended Commercial License increases the permitted production quantity but does not remove restrictions on redistribution of original graphics or the creation of competing graphic resources.

For purchases made before a change to this policy, the license terms applicable at the time of purchase remain in effect.
