The Kallie Midi Dress is an easy-to-sew midi dress that highlights the waist while creating a soft, feminine silhouette. The skirt is richly gathered at the sides, visually slimming the waist and adding playful volume.
It features a clean square neckline and a fitted bodice that flows into a flared mini skirt. A hidden zipper in the center back seam allows for easy dressing while keeping the design sleek.
For easier sewing and a neat finish, the neckline and armholes are finished with binding.
Perfect for elevated daywear, evenings, or special occasions, this dress pairs modern tailoring with versatile styling.
This is a PDF digital sewing pattern. You can easily download and print it at home using your printer (or, if you like, at a print shop) and assemble the pages by taping them together.
Sizes are layered so you can print only the size you need, or any other size, as many times as you want. The "Final Dress Measurements" table provides the exact measurements of the finished dress for each size.
When selecting a size, please refer to the measurements in the table, as they differ slightly from body measurements due to wearing ease. This will give you a clear idea of how the finished dress will fit, including dress length, allowing you to make any necessary adjustments before tailoring.

The pattern covers 12 sizes, ranging from:
US 00-20
EU 30-52
UK 2-24
Dress length from HPS to hem varies from 122,5 cm to 128,5 cm (48 – 50 inches) depending on the size.

Sewing level: Beginner to Intermediate.
Basic garment sewing knowledge is recommended.

FANTASTIC dress pattern! I made this for a fall wedding and I couldn’t be more happy. I am an advanced seamstress, so I added a lining which was definitely needed. The bust area was too big for me so I brought in the princess seams… it seems like a few other buyers had to do the same thing. I’m very happy with the result!!

In my opinion this dress should be made with a lining, so I had to change a lot. Otherwise, a good pattern.

My goal is always to simplify the construction as much as possible, especially for dresses, because they're my favourite garments to design. That's why I chose a binding finish instead of a lining, so sewists with less experience can enjoy making the dress too. ❤️❤️
