How To Use Water Nail Decals:
1. Apply your base color and allow it to fully dry/cure.
2. Cut out the decal you want to use.
3. Place the decal in water for about 10–15 seconds, or until it slides off.
4. Gently slide the decal off the backing paper.
5. Place the decal on the nail using tweezers, a brush, or your fingers.
6. Adjust while still wet.
7. Pat gently with a lint-free wipe to remove excess water.
8. Seal with top coat, gel top coat, acrylic, or builder gel.
