Will the prints be framed?

At this stage, I am only offering prints that are sent unframed. If you are interested in pre-framed prints or canvas framed prints, reach out to me and I can send a custom quote.

What if my order arrives damaged?

I take great care in partnering with a company that adheres to quality packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of both the packaging and the item so we can assess what’s gone wrong. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction means everything to me.

Why is local production important?

I work with trusted print studios in the UK, EU, US, and Australia. Your order is produced as close to you as possible, which helps reduce emissions, shortens delivery times, supports local makers and for some countries may mean no custom fees (however, as a purchaser, if custom fees do apply you are solely responsible for these).

How are prints packaged?

We pack everything with care so your order arrives safely and beautifully. Small prints (A4 and under) are shipped flat in rigid envelopes. Larger ones are rolled in tissue and sent in sturdy cardboard tubes (Australia) or triangular boxes.

Where will my order ship from?

As mentioned above, although I am based in Australia, your order will be made and shipped from the print hub closest to you—whether that's the UK, EU, US, Australia, or Canada. This helps ensure faster delivery, fewer customs delays, and a smaller footprint.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns in the rare event something goes wrong, such as: If your item arrives damaged or defective If you receive the wrong design, size, or finish Please contact me within 14 days with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the item and packaging. You won’t need to send the item back—I'll sort it from there. If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace or refund your order.

Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

No, we do not accept change of mind purchases. Due to the nature of all orders being custom, change of mind purchases are not accepted. Please make sure you have read the product description thoroughly and viewed all listing photos and have chosen the right size (it is highly recommended you measure up/research the size you require) before placing your order.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizing may differ slightly depending on your region: North America (United States and Canada) uses inches for posters, while the rest of the world primarily uses centimeters. When you order posters through our system: Orders shipped to the US or Canada are automatically processed in inches Orders shipped to all other countries are processed in centimeters You can see the corresponding inches/cm on each product listing when choosing your size.

I entered the wrong shipping address—what now?

Please double-check your details before checking out. If you need to make a change, let us know within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, I can’t guarantee we can catch it in time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Can I change my order after placing it?

I can usually make changes within 1 hour of your order being placed. After that, it’s likely your order has already started being processed or printed. Please check your artwork choice, size, and shipping details carefully before checking out—but if in doubt, feel free to message me right away.
