What Shipping Method Do You Use?

Shipping times are varied based on your location. Most orders shipped within the United States take 3-7 business days to arrive. Please understand shipping times are different than processing times. ***Currently not shipping outside the United States *** Once Your Order is Complete You Will Receive a Confirmation Email Along with Tracking from USPS. All orders are shipped from California and/or Florida.

Due to the Nature of Our Business, All Sales Are Final. Please be Sure to Double Check that Your Personalization Information is Correct Prior to Submitting Your Order. We DO NOT offer refunds for delays caused by the USPS or other shipping partner.

In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please message us via the Etsy messaging system and email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement. Please note we will need a picture of the damaged item AND a picture of the box the item was shipped in (showing the damage).

I Received an Incorrect Item/Personalization

In the event you receive an item that was made in error, please send a photograph along with a description of the item that was made incorrectly and we will mail you a replacement as soon as possible.

Some packages can experience delays beyond our control through the shipping companies we use. Because we have to rely on shipping companies, we CANNOT guarantee arrival dates UNLESS expedited shipping services have been purchased. The minimalist Heated Rivalry shirt of my dreams! It's a cute, good quality shirt that will be the talk of my Pride weekend plans. Be aware this is a baby-style tee, so it will run smaller. When the fit and lettering of my shirt was off, Nika graciously offered to replace it, free of charge. I appreciate the great customer service, and can't wait to get another shirt!
